Since we started ADC in 2003 we have built up a good knowledge and understanding of the problems faced by owners and managers of property. We put together a comprehensive range of services to meet those needs. We are a family run business and provide a variety of property services which can be specifically tailored to your needs. We serve both the public and a variety of commercial clients such as property managers, surveyors and solicitors. The service is backed up by knowledgeable office staff who are always available to answer your questions and keep you updated.

Accreditations
We are licensed to carry and dispose of waste with the Environment Agency and will provide a ‘Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note’ for every collection we make (License number – CBDU176288) SafeContractor means our procedures, policies, training and insurances have been rigorously audited. This takes the risk away from our clients making us a safe choice of contractor.

We subcontract our electrical work to fully registered NICEIC or NAPIT electrical engineers. They are assessed regularly to ensure they meet relevant technical and safety standards.

We subcontract our gas work to Gas Safe registered engineers. They are assessed regularly to ensure they meet relevant technical and safety standards.
